How long does it take to launch?
You will see a free mockup of your homepage within 24 hours of sending us your materials. From there it depends on the size of your site, how quickly you respond, and how many changes you make along the way. We have launched sites in 3 to 4 days. Most launch within 30 days. Projects take longer when content arrives late or the direction changes mid-build.
What do I need to provide?
Your copy, photos, and logo, a website or two you like the look of, and any specifics that matter to your business, such as services, locations, hours, and the action you want visitors to take. If you are missing something, tell us. We will work with what you have and point out any gaps.
What is the free mockup?
A real, styled preview of your new homepage built from your materials, delivered within 24 hours. It is how you see our direction before committing to anything. Once you approve it, we build out the rest of the site. Your setup fee (unless waived) and first month are due at approval, not before. If you don't love it, you owe nothing.
Do I have to pay anything upfront?
Only the one-time setup fee, and only if you go month to month: $499 for Small, $999 for Medium, $1,999 for Large. Commit to 12 months and we waive it. We're a small business too, and we've helped hundreds of small and medium-sized businesses get online. We do most of the work up front because we're confident you'll be happy with the result and stick around. You don't pay anything until you've seen and approved your design.
I already have a website. Can you take it over?
Yes, and it is one of the most common ways clients start with us. We rebuild your existing site on our stack, keeping what works and fixing what does not, then handle hosting, edits, and SEO from there. We take care of the migration, redirects, and domain changes so you do not lose rankings or traffic.
How do unlimited content edits work?
Just point and tell us. Every site comes with an easy visual feedback tool: click the spot on your page you want changed, type what you need, and it goes straight to our team. Email works too. We make the change within 2 business days, or reach out if we have a question. Wording, photos, hours, team members, menu updates, whatever you need, as often as you need. Edits cover your existing content. Adding whole new sections or pages beyond your plan size means moving up a plan.
