How much does a website cost?

$149, $299, or from $599 a month, depending only on the size of your site. That one price covers design, build, enterprise hosting, unlimited edits, SEO, and support. There are no hourly invoices and no add-ons. There is a one-time setup fee of $499, $999, or $1,999, and we waive it entirely if you commit to 12 months. You don't pay anything until you've seen and approved your design.

How do I know if I'm Small, Medium, or Large?

Count your pages. A focused site that covers the essentials, whether that is a few services, a portfolio, or a book, fits Small, up to 15 pages. A site with more to show, such as many services, products, team members, or locations, is Medium, up to 30. Big sites, custom builds, and advanced functionality are Large, more than 30 pages. Do I have to pay anything upfront?

Only the one-time setup fee, and only if you go month to month: $499 for Small, $999 for Medium, $1,999 for Large. Commit to 12 months and we waive it. We're a small business too, and we've helped hundreds of small and medium-sized businesses get online. We do most of the work up front because we're confident you'll be happy with the result and stick around. You don't pay anything until you've seen and approved your design.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. There is nothing to sign on any plan, including the 12-month commitment. Plans are month to month and you can cancel whenever you like. We earn your business every month. If you commit to 12 months, we waive the setup fee, and the only thing we ask if you leave before then is the fee we waived. If you ever decide to leave, we hand over all of your code and content. It's yours to keep.

What does the setup fee cover, and how do I get it waived?

The setup fee covers the design and build of your site, which is the bulk of the work we do. It is due when you approve your free mockup, not before. If you commit to 12 months up front, we waive it entirely, so a 12-month Small plan costs $149 a month and nothing else.

What happens if I need more pages than my plan includes?

You move up a plan, and that is the only thing that changes. Your site, your hosting, and your history all stay exactly where they are. Most clients outgrow a plan because the business is growing, which is a good problem to have.

How do unlimited content edits work?

Accepted Answer

Just point and tell us. Every site comes with an easy visual feedback tool: click the spot on your page you want changed, type what you need, and it goes straight to our team. Email works too. We make the change within 2 business days, or reach out if we have a question. Wording, photos, hours, team members, menu updates, whatever you need, as often as you need. Edits cover your existing content. Adding whole new sections or pages beyond your plan size means moving up a plan.

Who handles hosting and security?

We do, entirely. Every site runs on our enterprise stack: Git-versioned code deployed to Cloudflare's global edge network, with automatic SSL, DDoS protection, backups, and monitoring. There is nothing for you to install, update, or renew, and we guarantee a 95+ PageSpeed score.

Question 9

What happens to my site if I cancel?

We hand over all of your code and content, and your domain goes wherever you point it. Hosting on our stack ends at the close of your billing period. There is no exit fee and no hostage-taking. It's yours to keep.
